Mike Burge is the broker and owner of Southern Property Shop, a residential brokerage headquartered in downtown Chattanooga. Since entering real estate in 2011, Mike has closed more than $750 million in sales across traditional listings, buyer representation, and investment transactions.
Before moving to Chattanooga, Mike owned and operated his own brokerage in Naples, Florida. After falling in love with the Tennessee Valley, he and his wife Cyndi relocated and built one of the area's top-producing teams — recognized nationally among Coldwell Banker's Top 100 Teams and as a top-10 team in the Chattanooga market at Keller Williams. He also spent years as a national real estate coach, training and mentoring high-producing agents across the country.
