About This Land

Don't miss your opportunity to own this remarkable property--formerly known as Peavine Creek Farm--set on 17 acres of beautiful rolling hills in Ringgold. With a little vision, you can bring this impressive barn back to life and restore it to its full potential. The expansive barn features: 17 stalls each with sliding doors, individual lights, outlets and fans; feed rooms; a cross-tie area; a wash rack; multiple storage rooms; a laundry room; several tack rooms; a large corner storage unit; a large kitchen; and an office complete with heat and air and a ¾ bathroom. The wide center aisle opens to an even larger area at the back, making it easy to ride or drive inside the barn. Custom tall wire-mesh gates, on each of the 4 walls of the barn, fully enclose and lock the structure, offering excellent security for both animals and equipment. The roof is insulated which helps keep the barn cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There is also a round pen and a riding ring that would need restoring, as well as a very old separate barn on the property. The property is fenced and cross-fenced, though some sections will need repair. An adorable A-frame home also sits on the land, ready for someone to restore it to the charming retreat it once was. Enjoy the peace of remote rural living while being less than two miles from everyday conveniences.
